まだ、購入したばかりですので、最初のUnitから順番に、取り組んでいます。
このブログは、継続させる為のアウトプットの場と、させて頂いています。
私が購入した本は全文英語ですが、日本語で解説されている本もありました。

日本語で解説されているので、英語で読むと時間がかかるので、サクッと読みたい方に、お勧めです。
また、自分の場合は、意味を分かりやすくする為に、日本語でメモを貼ったりしているので、日本語版の方が安いし、良かったかもしれません。
今回は、phrasal verbs 7 up（１）です。
come up 近づく
A man come up me in the street and asked me for money.
街中で男の人が近づいてきて、お金を貸してくれと言ってきました。
catch up 追いかける
I'm not ready to go yet. You go on, and I'll catch up with you.
まだ準備ができていません。行って下さい。あなたに追いつきます。
keep up 同じレベルでついて行く
